Relational, developmentally informed psychotherapy for children, parents, and adults.

Therapy grounded in relationships and development.

I approach therapy with the understanding that people make sense of themselves and the world through relationships. When behavior or emotions feel confusing or hard to manage, we don’t look at them in isolation. We slow things down to understand what’s happening underneath and how past experience and stress continue to shape the present.

Together, we focus on repairing patterns, rebuilding safety, and creating relationships that feel more secure and supportive.

The way we respond in the present is often shaped by experiences we haven’t fully made sense of.

Many people come to therapy because something feels hard to understand or manage—repeated patterns in relationships, emotional reactions that feel difficult to regulate, or a sense that early experiences are still shaping how they relate to themselves and others.

How I Work

    • Infants and young children (0–5) and their caregivers

    • Adults

    • Families navigating stress, transition, or disconnection

    • Parents and caregivers

    • Early relational/parent–child therapy

    • Individual therapy

    • Family therapy

    • Parent support & consultation

  • Parent consultation is a collaborative space to slow things down, make sense of what your child may be communicating, and think together about how to support both your child’s needs and your own. This work is not about doing things “right,” but about increasing understanding, flexibility, and confidence in the caregiving relationship.

About Me

I work with children, parents, and adults who want to better understand themselves and the patterns that show up in their relationships. My work is shaped by training in infant and early relational health, and by a deep respect for how early experience continues to influence us across the lifespan.
